December Christmas Blessings

A Gift from My Texas Home to Yours
Welcome to a season of peace, joy, and heartfelt surprises.
Howdy friend — pull up a chair for a moment.
Here in Texas, the air is crisp, the tree lights are glowing, and the coffee is warm enough to wrap your hands around. Christmas is settling into Texas in that soft, cozy way it does every year, and my heart is overflowing with a little something special I’ve been working on just for you.
This season, I’m sharing a brand-new series called Christmas Blessings — a weekly gift, tucked into a rustic little box, delivered straight to your inbox. Four beautiful surprises throughout December, each designed to bring peace, joy, and meaning into your home… and into your heart.
These blessings are free, crafted with love, and inspired by the true spirit of Christmas.
Let me tell you all about it.
What Are Christmas Blessings?
Every week in December, I’ll be sending a new printable freebie — each one wrapped in a cozy, rustic farmhouse aesthetic with pine, berries, kraft paper, warm neutrals, and a touch of gold.
Think of them as little porch-delivered gifts from me to you.
Sweet, simple, heartfelt pieces to help you slow down, breathe deep, and savor the beauty of this season.
Each blessing is rooted in faith, with gentle Scripture woven through. I wanted to create something that feels encouraging and uplifting — something you can print, slip on your fridge, tuck in your Bible, or share with a friend who needs a bit of Christmas comfort.
Here’s what you’ll receive…
Blessing #1: A Blessing of Peace
Week of December 1–7 (ish)

The first blessing arrives gently: a set of beautiful printable Scripture cards, each one carrying a promise of peace from God’s Word.
These small cards are perfect to slip into your planner, keep beside the bed, tape to a mirror, or tuck inside a Christmas card. The verses include:
• Isaiah 9:6
• Luke 2:14
• John 14:27
• Numbers 6:26
Each design is wrapped in soft pine and berries, kraft textures, and warm, rustic tones — the perfect start to a peaceful December.
Blessing #2: A Blessing of Home
Week of December 8–14

This one comes straight from my Texas kitchen to yours — two holiday recipe cards that will make your home smell amazing.
• Christmas Morning Cinnamon Coffee Cake
• Cozy Low-Sugar Hot Cocoa Mix
Both recipes are low-sugar, Mama-Kat-friendly, and perfect for slow mornings, holiday guests, or just treating yourself while you watch the lights twinkle on the tree.
Think warm cinnamon, cozy mugs, and the smell of butter melting into a fresh-baked cake. This blessing is all about home.
Blessing #3: A Blessing of Joy
Week of December 15–21

Christmas is all about joy — the sparkle in little moments, the laughter in the kitchen, the rustle of wrapping paper on the floor.
So this week, I’m gifting you a set of 8 Rustic Christmas Gift Tags.
These tags feature cozy mugs, stars, evergreen sprigs, gingerbread goodness, pine, berries, and parchment tones. They add the sweetest touch to your wrapping station — and look gorgeous on kraft paper packages tied up with twine.
Joy doesn’t have to be big. Sometimes it’s a simple tag on a simple gift, reminding someone they’re loved.
Blessing #4: A Blessing of Reflection
Week of December 22–24

The week before Christmas is often busy — but also tender and sacred.
This blessing is a Printable Christmas Eve Journal Page with gentle prompts and Scripture to help you quiet your heart and reflect on the beauty of the season.
The verse for this week is:
“But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.” — Luke 2:19
Pour a cup of tea, find a quiet corner, and let this page guide you into stillness as you prepare for Christmas morning.
🎁 A Special Christmas Gift for Current Subscribers – I did NOT forget about you!
If you’re already part of the Mama Kats Texas family, I’ve prepared something extra special — a big, beautiful gift wrapped in a full-size rustic box:
A Texas Christmas Home & Heart Bundle

This bundle includes:
• 3 farmhouse-style art prints (Scripture + cozy sayings)
• 3 recipe cards
• 2 holiday checklists
• 4 scripture bookmarks
• 1 exclusive journal page
• and the warm, rustic aesthetic you know and love
It’s my way of saying thank you for being here with me — through the seasons, through the stories, through the kitchen spills, the porch chats, and the prayerful moments.
Why I Created This Series
- Because the holidays can be beautiful… but also busy.
- They’re full of joy… but also noise.
- Full of giving… but sometimes a little bit of losing ourselves.
I wanted to create something that would invite us both — you and me — to pause.
To breathe.
To savor.
To remember the heart of Christmas.
These blessings are simple, but they’re filled with love.
And my prayer is that they bring light into your home, sweetness into your days, and peace into your heart.
